Lil Wayne is in intensive care for the sixth day

The 30 year old rapper Lil Wayne is in the intensive care in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for the sixth day. It’s reported that Lil is rushed to hospital after a drug overdose on “sizzurp,” or what is also known as “purple drank”. It’s reported that the hospital still full of the singer’s friends among them Drake, Nicki Minaj, Usher and many others. After the speculation that he might die last Friday, Lil tweeted to refute the rumors “I’m good everybody. Thx for the prayers and love”.

Kobe Bryant would be away from games after he sprained his ankle

As the Lakers started to regain their level, their superstar Kobe Bryant sprained his ankle when he missed a game-tying shot in last moments of the Saturday game they lost for Atlanta Hawks 96-92. Bryant admitted that it’s the worst ankle sprain he had ever in his 16 years career. ”I’ll just do what I have to do,” he said. It’s only 16 games left in the regular season, and it’s not yet sure when Bryant would come back to play and Lakers would have to find a way to deal with his absence.

Man behind acid attack on Russian director said he didn’t want acid attack

The Bolshoi Ballet dancer, Pavel Dmitrichenko, who is behind the acid attack on the Russian theatre director Sergei Filin last January 17th that caused him severe facial burns and he risks losing his eyesight admitted being behind the organization of the attack but said to the court that he wanted just Sergei be beaten but the man who supposed to do that has gone so far. “When I heard what happened to Sergei, I was just in shock. I could not believe that the man who proposed beating him up went ahead and did this thing with acid,” Dmitrichenko said “I did not order harm done to this man.” he added.

The Harlem Shake fever is getting harder, and also the dance’s victims are growing. After a group of 15 Australian miners have been fired because of performing at work with their mining outfit, a lot of students have paid for performing their version of Harlem Shake. It’s reported that nearly 100 students around the country have been suspended for posting their videos of the performed dance. Do you love Adele? Oh no, apparently not all people do including Joan Rivers. During her appearance at the “The Late Show With David Letterman”, Joan made some harsh comments on the British singer. When Litterman responded Joan when she gushed that she got to meet Adele and said that the singer is “lovely woman”, Rivers held out her hands widely and puffed her checks, referring to Adele’s weight. After she added “What’s her song? ‘Rolling in the Deep’? She should add fried chicken”.

In yesterday’s great ceremony we all followed with much attention, Ben Affleck’s Argo was nominated the best film of the 85th Oscars. The first lady, Michelle Obama made the announcement at the conference from White House. And the team that co-produced the film including Grant Heslov, Ben Affleck and George Clooney were there to collect the trophy. Among the films that competed for the nomination Zero Dark Thirty, Beasts of the Southern Wild, Django Unchained, Amour, Les Miserables, Lincoln, Life of Pi, and Silver Linings Playbook.
