For about 3 years I have always bought my Lakers tickets through Barry's tickets and never had any issues.

In Nov. 2010 I purchased tickets to a Yankees game in NY (for beginning of April).  They told me that baseball tickets didn't arrive till late march so I would receive the tickets via fedex in March.  Come March 26th, I had NO tickets & was suppose to fly to NY Apr 1.   We then had a family member pass away & had to reschedule our trip.  I called Barry's tickets & they informed me they could put my tickets on consignment & refund me if they sold.  I was already a little itrritated that I still did not have the tickets so close to the game and I couldn't give them away if I wanted.  When I explained that they told me I could receive a 100% refund if I sent a death certificate (since they STILL had NOT mailed them from their "season ticket holder").  The NEXT day I received an email with a FedEx confirmation for the tickets. They arrived the next day.  These people are sooooo unorganized & everyone you talk to tells you something different.  Not only will I NEVER give them my business again but I also lost out on giving my tickets away or receiving a refund due to their lack of communication!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this place!!! unless you enjoy being gouged on prices and severely inconvenienced. I wish you could do negative stars on yelp.

My dad bought tickets to a laker game for hubby and me for Christmas. He purchased the tickets on Christmas day, but the game wasn't until now, in April. When he first gave us the receipt for the tickets, I was blown away by how much he spent on them. Fast forward a few months ..

...and now it's a couple weeks before the game. The tickets were under my dad's name because he's the one who bought them, so I tried calling Barrys Tickets to change the name. They wouldn't let me. I tried having my dad call and change the name, but they wouldn't let him either. The only way for us to get the tickets was for my dad to go all the way downtown and pick them up because they wouldn't release them to anyone else. SUPER big pain in the bum. I can't believe they don't just send you a link and let you print them out yourself, even freakin ticketmaster lets you do that. So ok, he goes down there and gets the tickets, then I have to pick them up from him.

Later, the day of the game, I look at the tickets. It says $42 on each ticket, but my dad paid $177. Yea. Obviously if you do the math, he overpaid a ton. The seats were crap too- think of seats as far back from the floor as possible, then go a few rows fartherrrr, and that's where we were sitting.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. For that price, we could have been sitting in the 200 section.
