On March 4, 2011 I bought 2 tickets (face value of $35 each) for $366.15 to the then sold out concert by Adele at the Warfield on June 4. Sometime before the concert the venue was changed to the Berkeley Greek Theater and many more tickets became available (at $35 each), but I was told there were no refunds to my now too expensive tickets. OK, I thought, at least I get to go and see Adele, even if I have overpaid, and I let it go. Then, Adele cancelled the June 4 concert with no reschedule in sight(she is now ill, has other concerts pending in the fall in Europe, with no reasonable time to reschedule (I DO NOT believe even StubHub's policy includes untimely rescheduled concerts, I believe it should mean within a week or two, not terminably pending)! I would like my money returned , as is, I believe, reasonable.

Stubhub totally screwed up my tickets and the wait to get it straightened out with a human,which is the only way to do it, is now going on 20 minutes.  The order is correct with the right row, but the tickets are for a different row, and basically, there isn't anything to be done except listen to their fake human tell you to go online for help. This site really sucks.

My husband and I go around and visit all the baseball stadiums and have been using Stub Hub for years and always have had a great experience.  This time however I go to print out my aisle seats only to find out that they are seats 4-5 not 1-2.  

I called Stub Hub and they tell me that MLB gave the Seller the wrong tickets and they tell me they can credit me the service fee ($5).  I ask what my other options are as I'm stuck with tickets that I did not purchase and the customer service guys then tells me he can credit my entire purchase price and then have me purchase new tickets.  Luckily the teams we are seeing are not either of our favorites and we didn't care where we sat.  

So I find new comparable tickets and the sales guy now tells me there's a balance on my account because MLB raised the electronic delivery fee by a quarter.  I realize it's just a quarter but receiving the wrong tickets by no fault of my own, I don't feel I should have to pay it.  The sales guy says he can't help me and transfers me back to customer service.  This time I'm told she can give me a coupon to cover the costs, she gives me the credit, stays with me on the phone while I purchase the new tickets and waits to make sure everything goes ok with the new tickets.  After a 30 minute phone call, I'm set with my tickets and left with a $9.75 credit on my account.  Well worth the call.  I'll be using them again for our next ballpark trip.
