Giddens from University of New Mexico with the 30th and final pick of the first round in the 2008 NBA Draft. Giddens, a 6-foot 5 inch, 230 pound shooting guard who has had some issues on and off the floor, started his NCAA career at Kansas before transferring to New Mexico. Some of the problems include a tavern fight in 2005 in which he was stabbed leading to him to transfer from KU. He was also suspended during his junior season in 2007.
