Black Eyed Peas to Play at a Charity Event in Virginia Ticket, This weekend the Black Eyed Peas will be in Virginia in support of Audi's Best Buddies Challenge. This is a bicycle race benefiting the Best Buddies International organization. This group was founded in 1989 to find ways to support intellectually disabled people. Best Buddies sets up the disabled with employment in integrated settings and one-to-one friendships for them. This year at the end of the race, the participants will be greeted with a private concert by the Black Eyed Peas.
