I Can Do It! Conference Review Erin and I had a wonderful time at the Las Vegas I Can Do It! conference this past weekend. Although the conference was only 20 minutes from our home, we stayed at the Venetian Hotel, mainly so Erin would have a quiet place to do her readings. This is the 4th ICDI conference I've attended. Crystal's Cafe in Corvallis I used to love this place. Their falafel pita was above all. Nowadays, for some reason, even the thought of the place's smell nauseates me. I once ate there and got sick (in conjunction w/ too much beer) and it hasn't been the same since. Whatever spice they use in their rice and special sauce is puetrid, whereas it once was tastey.
