Penang Hawker Food Concerts, Penang Hawker Food July 15, 2008 ? 8:03 pm Last month in June, we drove up to Penang for a friend's wedding. It was only over the weekend, so it was pretty impossible to conquer all the Penang hawker food. The last time I was in Penang was nearly 10 years ago, so I could hardly remember what's good to eat. Cassettes Still Sell, In Prison QUE, In my travels on the Internet today, I came across an interesting piece of trivia: that cassettes are still achieving booming sales - in prisons, the owner of prison mail-order company Pack Central is claiming $600,000 worth of sales per year.
