There different ways that tickets can be delivered! Hew are some few options:

| Will Call | Tickets will be available at the venue''s Will Call window. Make sure to bring your ID. |
| Local Pickup | You will be contacted by the seller prior to the event to arrange a pickup location near the venue where you can get your tickets. |
Sadly, we can''t always guarantee the method of delivery. It happens because of venue decisions that make timely delivery impossible unless tickets are sent a different way. If the change in delivery prevents you from being able to get your tickets, message us here.
The venue determines the format of the tickets. Houston-tickets.com cannot change the delivery format.
